What you will do

• Manage internal IT infrastructure including employee devices, enterprise SaaS platforms, and identity systems.
• Maintain laptop fleet using Apple DEP, Kandji, and Intune for provisioning and asset management.
• Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Azure; build workflows, SCIM/SAML integrations, and identity automation.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, IT ticket escalations, and enterprise SaaS like Adobe, 1Password, Slack.
• Monitor security alerts, manage phishing, endpoint security, and SOC2 compliance activities.
• Handle domain registrations, DNS, TLS certificates, vendor renewals, hardware procurement, and software reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT operations or systems administration.
• Experience administering identity platforms like Okta or Azure AD.
• Experience managing device fleets with MDM such as Kandji, Intune, or Jamf.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS including Google Workspace and Slack.
• Familiarity with SOC2 and endpoint security tools like CrowdStrike.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate with engineering, finance, operations teams.
