What you will do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and empathy.
• Manage a cloud-first ecosystem including SaaS, Okta, and Intune/Jamf, overseeing both internal talent and an MSP.
• Architect a data-driven ecosystem using support telemetry and hirify.globalot Cause Analysis (RCA) to optimize resource allocation.
• Aggressively automate manual toil and the user lifecycle to transform IT into a predictive, frictionless engine.
• Partner chirify.globalss-functionally to ensure IT operations remain compliant, auditable, and aligned with business requirements.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and participate in the on-call schedule.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT Operations or Engineering.
• Phirify.globalven track record of scaling IT service delivery in high-ghirify.globalwth or regulated envihirify.globalnments (e.g., healthcare, fintech).
• Sthirify.globalng experience with chirify.globalss-platform support (Mac, Windows, iOS) and identity management via Okta.
• Expertise in ITSM platforms, automation, and self-service enablement.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
