What you will do

• Identify, qualify, and manage capital equipment suppliers with technical capabilities to support manufacturing across Asia.
• Partner with Engineering and contract manufacturers to ensure equipment meets lead times, cost targets, and manufacturability.
• Develop and qualify second-source strategies to reduce supply risk and create scalable capacity for future ramps.
• Lead after-sales commercial strategies for equipment support and maintenance to optimize uptime and lifecycle costs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or commodity management within consumer electronics or hardware technology.
• Experience managing suppliers for capital equipment.
• Proven experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) and managing supplier readiness across EVT, DVT, and PVT builds.
• Demonstrated ability to lead supplier negotiations and manage commercial agreements.
• Experience working with global suppliers and contract manufacturers for consumer hardware production.
