Salary: $90,000 – $143,000 USD

What you will do

• Oversee gross-to-net calculations and partner with sales/RGM to optimize spending within GAAP.
• Provide financial guidance and thought leadership to B2C sales and product leaders to drive profitable growth.
• Manage the annual budget, strategic planning process, and monthly P&L forecasting for the B2C business.
• Develop and own new product financials from inception to completion.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly presentations to explain variances and create corrective action plans.
• Manage commission reporting and sales analysis for the segment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel modeling, data management, and PowerPoint.
• Proven expertise in P&L management, financial modeling, and cost optimization strategies.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a cross-functional, matrix environment.
• Must be based in or able to work in Deerfield, IL.
