What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from initiation to close for mid-market corporates and law firms.
- Build and progress a strong pipeline using a mix of inbound and outbound efforts.
- Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers to uncover pain points and deliver tailored ROI.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations to move deals forward.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Legal to align the platform with customer needs.
- Contribute to refining mid-market sales motions and documenting best practices for scaling.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales or GTM within a high-performing SaaS organization or top-tier consultancy.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end deals with multiple stakeholders, including procurement and security steps.
- Experience consistently hitting targets and taking ownership of quotas and outcomes.
- Strong discovery and storytelling skills to translate complex workflows into value-based narratives.
- Founder-like mindset with a proactive approach to building scalable systems and playbooks.
- Must be based in Toronto for an in-person work environment.
