Account Executive (Mid-Market): Drive revenue growth in North America focusing on mid-market clients (250-5,000 employees) by mastering sales methodologies and closing deals. Focus on building pipelines, running tailored client meetings, and becoming an expert in Learning & Development market trends and technologies.

What you will do

  • Master product demos and sales pitches
  • Build and manage your sales pipeline
  • Close deals and meet quarterly sales quotas
  • Run tailored client meetings and build strong client relationships
  • Become an expert in Learning & Development market trends and competitors
  • Contribute knowledge as a subject matter expert on the hirify.global platform

Requirements

  • Must be located in Canada or able to work remotely from Canada
  • 3-5 years experience in B2B SaaS sales or pre-sales roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience executing complex software/platform demos
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Growth mindset and enthusiasm for company culture

  • Experience selling HR tech solutions
