What you will do

• Drive platform consumption by identifying key use cases and increasing usage for customers.
• Identify, structure, and close strategic committed deals to accelerate and de-risk project delivery.
• Execute prospecting and lead generation using intent signals, account planning, and customer stories.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, maintaining an accurate pipeline in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with architects, professional services engagement managers, and executive sponsors to ensure customer success.
• Conduct initial meetings with compelling POVs to create urgency for change and progress the pipeline.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales with demonstrable experience selling innovation.
• Background in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology, ideally in a consumption-first environment.
• Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Technical acumen to understand and communicate the value of the hirify.global platform.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including GDRs and Customer Success.
• Must be based in Perth, WA to cover the Western Australia market
