What you will do
- Recruit, train, and lead Sydney-based sales team focused on enterprise clients.
- Establish Australian sales presence and contribute to Sydney office setup.
- Develop go-to-market strategies to penetrate accounts, shorten cycles, and grow deal sizes.
- Build sales processes, playbooks, and assets for Australian/APAC market.
- Drive team performance to exceed revenue targets and expand enterprise customers.
- Lead complex sales cycles including RFPs, security reviews, and negotiations.
- Partner with global teams in Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- 4+ years sales leadership, including 2+ years managing enterprise B2B SaaS teams.
- Proven success building/scaling sales teams as early regional hire.
- Track record closing high-value deals and improving sales efficiency.
- Experience with regional GTM strategies for mid-market/enterprise.
- Strong understanding of Australian market; APAC experience plus.
- Skilled in sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot.
- Excellent communication/leadership across time zones and cultures.
