What you will do

  • Recruit, train, and lead Sydney-based sales team focused on enterprise clients.
  • Establish Australian sales presence and contribute to Sydney office setup.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies to penetrate accounts, shorten cycles, and grow deal sizes.
  • Build sales processes, playbooks, and assets for Australian/APAC market.
  • Drive team performance to exceed revenue targets and expand enterprise customers.
  • Lead complex sales cycles including RFPs, security reviews, and negotiations.
  • Partner with global teams in Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 4+ years sales leadership, including 2+ years managing enterprise B2B SaaS teams.
  • Proven success building/scaling sales teams as early regional hire.
  • Track record closing high-value deals and improving sales efficiency.
  • Experience with regional GTM strategies for mid-market/enterprise.
  • Strong understanding of Australian market; APAC experience plus.
  • Skilled in sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication/leadership across time zones and cultures.

  • Background in legal or legal tech.
  • Experience managing remote/international teams.
  • Opening/scaling new regional office.
