Salary: $155,000 - $215,000 USD (U.S. base, plus equity and benefits)

What you will do

• Lead program management for signal processing and physiological algorithm development to explore new sensing approaches.
• Partner with researchers, data scientists, hardware, and firmware teams to define roadmaps, milestones, and success criteria.
• Establish processes for algorithm prototyping, experimentation, and evaluation to advance from concepts to feasibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional data collection studies to support evaluation of signal processing methods.
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies to inform product development decisions.
• Facilitate transition of algorithms and learnings to product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years in technical/engineering program management or leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Experience with sensor intelligence, machine learning, data science, or research engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of early algorithm development workflows, experimentation, and data collection.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for translating technical concepts across teams.
• Strong commitment to using AI tools in daily tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience with physiological signals or wearable sensor data (PPG, accelerometry, ECG, biosignals).
• Demonstrated ability to manage programs in evolving research environments.
