What you will do

• Lead, develop, and nurture the global GDM E/ABP community in partnership with the E/ABP Lead.
• Manage community capacity and determine leadership partnering bundles by assessing support requirements.
• Directly manage a team of E/ABPs, providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance assessments.
• Prioritize work and allocate resources equitably to deliver maximum business impact for the organization.
• Own the E/ABP hiring strategy and execution in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Facilitate a culture of belonging and psychological safety while supporting team wellbeing.

• Proven experience in team management, including growing skills and building communities.
• Ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Resilience and the capacity to remain calm while implementing changes and learning from setbacks.
• Ownership and independence in developing solutions to improve processes and tools.
