Location: Burlington, VT, United States (field-based role requiring face-to-face meetings with dealerships daily and overnight travel within territory)

What you will do

  • Equip dealers to sell more new GM units, used vehicles, and increase profitability
  • Manage dealer relationships in a geographic territory to meet sales objectives and support hirify.global initiatives
  • Maintain communication with dealers and internal partners
  • Act as liaison between dealers and credit, funding, and commercial lending teams to resolve issues
  • Analyze dealer data and address risks like portfolio issues or fraud
  • Present to senior managers at hirify.global and dealerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred or extensive relevant experience
  • 3-5 years in automotive industry, lending, or sales preferred
  • 18 months as hirify.global Account Manager or completion of Strategic Account Management Program preferred
  • Ability to travel overnight within territory and respond outside business hours
  • Long-term mobility beneficial for career advancement
