Location: Must be based in the Austin/San Antonio, TX area (field-based role requiring face-to-face meetings).

hirify.global is the captive finance arm of General Motors, focusing on branded vehicle protection product sales.

What you will do

  • Manage dealer relationships within a geographic territory to achieve sales objectives.
  • Increase vehicle protection contract counts through account development and management.
  • Conduct one-on-one training and menu selling demonstrations directly in dealerships.
  • Act as an F&I expert and trusted advisor to dealers and manufacturer partners.
  • Identify and resolve dealership issues related to product administration and risk.
  • Support and market programs, incentives, and dealer-facing systems.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry, lending, or related sales.
  • In-dealership F&I experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of B2B sales performance and client satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
  • Ability to perform overnight travel within the assigned territory.
