📋 Description

• Support Sales and Business Development across full lifecycle from qualification to close.
• Coordinate opportunities, track next steps, maintain momentum.
• Conduct client follow-ups and outreach on behalf of the sales team.
• Lead proposal development and coordinate inputs from Sales, Delivery, Legal, and Finance.
• Draft and manage SOWs, ensuring accuracy and commercial alignment.
• Manage version control, approvals, timelines, and contract execution support.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years proven experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or related role.
• Hands-on experience drafting and managing SOWs, proposals, or commercial documentation.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar).
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with reports, data, and forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing interaction.
• Background in professional services, consulting, financial services, or B2B sales environments.
