What you will do

• Own and maintain a unified marketing campaign calendar aligned to revenue priorities.
• Build master workbacks, map dependencies across Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Demand Gen, PR, and Events.
• Support campaign tiering, prioritization, and structured launch readiness reviews.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment with RACI clarity and milestone tracking.
• Provide CGO with weekly dashboards on campaign health, risks, and process improvements.
• Coordinate post-campaign results and recommendations.

Requirements

• 7+ years in marketing project management, program management, or GTM orchestration in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong understanding of marketing lifecycle dependencies.
• Experience working across multiple senior stakeholders.
• Ability to push back on unrealistic timelines while maintaining trust.
• Calm, structured, politically savvy operator with exceptional communication skills.
