What you will do

• Process and log distributor-specific data for final month-end reconciliation.
• Manually bill cleared sales documents and correct negative accepted chargeback amounts.
• Research GPO affiliations and validate members for contract specialist review.
• Audit monthly chargeback processing and manage sales tracing/chargeback documents.
• Create chargeback credit and reconciliation letters.
• Track and resolve chargeback denials for assigned distributors.

Requirements

• High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent; Associate's or technical degree preferred.
• 2-04 years of related experience.
• Must be able to maintain regular on-site attendance in Allentown, PA.
• Ability to perform light physical work, including lifting up to 20 lbs.
