What you will do

• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization and standard work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or industrial engineering methods.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
