What you will do

• Analyze quality data to identify trends, defects, and improvement opportunities
• Support root cause investigations (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• Develop and improve quality documentation like control plans and inspection procedures
• Conduct inspections, audits, and process validations for compliance
• Implement statistical process control (SPC) and data-driven monitoring
• Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain to boost first-pass yield and reduce scrap

Requirements

• U.S. nationality and eligibility for security clearance
• Pursuing degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related Engineering
• Analytical with data pattern recognition skills
• Detail-oriented, focused on quality and reliability
• Comfortable on production floor engaging with operators
• Strong communication to turn data into insights
• Self-directed problem solver
