TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Trust Governance): Act as trusted advisor for strategic enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle with hirify.global's AI-Ready Governance Platform, driving adoption, retention, and expansion with an accent on revenue outcomes and cross-functional partnerships. Focus on managing escalations, delivering quarterly business reviews, aligning roadmaps, and evangelizing platform value to C-suite stakeholders.

Location: Chicago, IL (office-first culture, 3 days/week in office). Willing to travel 10-20%.

Salary: $104,325—$156,487.50 USD

What you will do

  • Establish executive relationships and act as primary contact to guide customers through the platform.
  • Drive adoption via metrics, best practices, training, and proactive risk/growth identification.
  • Deliver business reviews, ROI communication, and roadmap alignment with Product/Engineering.
  • Manage escalations, advocate for customer needs internally, and ensure full platform value realization.
  • Balance portfolio for Net ARR retention and expansion in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Consulting.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required; 5-6+ years in CSM, professional services, or technical consulting with enterprise/strategic customers.
  • Proven customer-facing communication, C-suite relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with SaaS implementation, SFDC, Gainsight; technical aptitude and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Location: Chicago, IL with 3 days/week in office; travel 10-20% required.

  • Experience chairing meetings/webinars and handling mission-critical escalations.
