TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (EdTech): Managing the customer lifecycle for strategic accounts to ensure adoption, value realization, and renewal with an accent on C-level relationship building and account health. Focus on designing customer success plans, driving full product utilization, and collaborating with sales to position accounts for growth.

Location: Remote (USA); however, applicants within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX are expected to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: $140,000 – $175,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the customer lifecycle for strategic accounts from onboarding through adoption and renewal.
  • Design and execute success plans to ensure customers achieve their business objectives and realize value.
  • Monitor account health and product utilization using Gainsight and Salesforce to proactively address needs.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives (CXO).
  • Facilitate business review meetings, trainings, webinars, and strategic demos.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Managers to execute growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in customer success, sales, or consulting.
  • Significant experience working with Gainsight and Salesforce.
  • Experience in workforce development, skills-based learning, or EdTech.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales or equivalent professional experience.
