Location: New York, New York (Hybrid)
Base Salary of $120,000 and estimated OTE of $240,000 with an uncapped commission structure

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close
- Define ICP, buyer personas, positioning, and core messaging
- Run discovery calls to understand customer pain points and workflows
- Experiment with pricing, deal structures, and sales motion for $30k–$60k deals
- Work with founders and product to influence roadmap based on customer feedback
- Document learnings and shape early sales processes
- Close early lighthouse customers and build momentum for product launch
Requirements
- 2+ years of Account Executive experience selling B2B SaaS
- Experience at an early-stage startup or in highly unstructured environments
- Comfort selling constantly evolving products
- Thrive in ambiguity with ownership, speed, and learning-by-doing mindset
- Deep curiosity, great questioning skills, and strong growth mindset
- Excited to define product sales strategy, not just execute playbooks
Nice to have
- Experience selling into finance, accounting, or operations teams
- Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems
- Previous founding AE or 0→1 sales experience
- Comfort working closely with product and engineering teams
