What you will do
- Provide prompt and accurate support via phone, email, and live chat for English-speaking customers.
- Assist clients with account activation and integration troubleshooting.
- Deliver guidance on retirement plan offerings, including 401k, IRA, and Profit Sharing Plans.
- Manage and track customer interactions using Zendesk, Aircall, and internal CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently escalate complex technical issues.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Must be able to work US-East Coast/New York Time Zone (9-6pm ET).
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within technical support or financial services.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business, Finance, or IT is a plus.
- Must pass a background check.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with retirement plans or financial account management (401k, IRA).
- Proficiency in Zendesk and Aircall.
