TL;DR

Customer Support Agent (Fintech): Providing support for AI-driven financial technology focused on retirement plans with an accent on account integrations and technical troubleshooting. Location: Remote (Philippines). Must be able to work US-East Coast/New York Time Zone (9-6pm ET)

What you will do

  • Provide prompt and accurate support via phone, email, and live chat for English-speaking customers.
  • Assist clients with account activation and integration troubleshooting.
  • Deliver guidance on retirement plan offerings, including 401k, IRA, and Profit Sharing Plans.
  • Manage and track customer interactions using Zendesk, Aircall, and internal CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently escalate complex technical issues.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Must be able to work US-East Coast/New York Time Zone (9-6pm ET).
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within technical support or financial services.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business, Finance, or IT is a plus.
  • Must pass a background check.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with retirement plans or financial account management (401k, IRA).
  • Proficiency in Zendesk and Aircall.
