What you will do

• Evaluate and debug new test programs to improve overall quality and reliability.
• Resolve product manufacturability issues related to testing hardware and software.
• Conduct data analysis to enhance test coverage, yield, capacity, and product health indicators.
• Develop and debug support software for test program validation and data analysis processes.
• Collaborate with global teams to align with the product roadmap and manufacturing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Automation, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in data analysis and debugging techniques.
• Foundational knowledge of electronics components and circuit analysis.
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as PERL, and object-oriented programming.
• Technical acumen in manufacturing environments, testing methodologies, and product validation.
• Must be based in or able to work at the assigned site in Penang, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Advanced understanding of semiconductor digital test content development and silicon debugging.
• Extensive experience in silicon product characterization, yield analysis, and validation processes.
• Experience leading and managing projects or teams.
• Excellent communication skills for global collaboration.
