Location: UEP Subang Jaya, MY. Only local candidates considered, no relocation or visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and break-fix test equipment issues on hirify.global ATE platforms using electrical engineering principles.
• Analyze problems and recommend solutions to optimize customer production throughput.
• Support test program release-to-production activities at customer sites.
• Provide remote technical support, formal training, and on-the-job training to customers.
• Interface with hirify.global support teams, manage assigned accounts, and escalate issues until resolution.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
• 2-3 years test/product engineering experience in IC component testing preferred
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willing to travel; local to UEP Subang Jaya, MY
• Knowledge of C or Visual Basic programming, UNIX/Windows, handler and prober interfaces
