TL;DR

Self Service Implementation Specialist (Client Support): Supporting Self Service Plan Sponsors during platform onboarding with an accent on responsive communication and process reinforcement. Focus on resolving client blockers, monitoring onboarding milestones, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a high-volume environment.

Location: Must be based in the Philippines; Working hours: 9am-6pm US-ET

What you will do

  • Support Self Service Plan Sponsors as they onboard to the client’s platform.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and high-quality responses to client inquiries to ensure reliability of service.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding path by providing clarification, direction, and timely support.
  • Monitor progress across multiple onboarding efforts, identifying blockers, risks, or points of confusion.
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders regarding expectations and process updates.
  • Assist clients in understanding tools, workflows, and basic plan design requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience in client support, project coordination, or cross-functional collaboration roles.
  • Proven ability to deliver prompt service in a pooled, high-volume support environment.
  • Strong communication skills for providing concise guidance under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
  • Must be located in the Philippines.
  • Ability to work on the 9am-6pm US-ET shift.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting tech-enabled or scaled onboarding and support models.
  • Exposure to retirement plans (401(k)/403(b)), plan administration, or plan conversions.
  • General knowledge of ERISA and retirement plan compliance concepts.
  • Experience with compliance or recordkeeping systems.
