What you will do

• Conduct live video onboarding calls to define business requirements, branding needs, and project milestones.
• Build and launch websites using established templates and design guidelines, verifying mobile and tablet layouts before publishing.
• Configure domains, digital security protocols, third-party integrations, and HCP platform connections.
• Optimize website content for search visibility and accessibility.
• Maintain CRM documentation, manage a high-volume case pipeline, and meet defined SLAs.
• Perform quality assurance audits and proactively resolve blockers with Pros before launch.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer success, implementation, account management, or website design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with communication and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Salesforce.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Availability for the remote contract role from the Philippines.
