Manchester (Hazel Grove, Stockport) – onsite at UK semiconductor manufacturing site
Base salary circa £60,000–£65,000 (DOE)

What you will do
- Manage employee relations cases, including conciliation, mediation, and liaison with legal advisors and trade unions.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies aligned with UK law and global standards.
- Improve HR processes, SOPs, and ensure compliance across the site.
- Partner with global HRBPs on organisational changes, workforce planning, and talent initiatives.
- Promote company culture and identify process streamlining opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in HR or related field, ideally with CIPD accreditation.
- Minimum 5 years HR generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and UK employment law.
- Experience with employee relations casework, conciliation, mediation, and trade unions.
- Proficient in HR systems; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workload under pressure.
Nice to have
- CIPD level 5.
- Experience in manufacturing environment.
