People Administrator (HR Operations): Provide comprehensive HR support for UK & EMEA markets with an accent on employee lifecycle administration, compliance, and process optimization. Focus on producing documentation, managing onboarding/offboarding, handling queries, and ensuring audit readiness across employment processes.

What you will do

  • Produce employee documentation including offer letters, contracts, and handle processes like probation reviews, absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, performance, and redundancy.
  • Maintain employee records in HR systems (Sage, Peakon, Greenhouse) and ensure compliance.
  • Manage onboarding for new starters, including contracts, inductions, checks, and legislation compliance across markets.
  • Enhance processes for onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle events.
  • Support managers and employees with HR queries, performance appraisals, compensation planning, and payroll liaison.
  • Lead projects, audits, maternity/paternity conversations, and process improvements including automation.

Requirements

  • Experience and solid foundation in HR processes, especially UK and EMEA.
  • Knowledge of employment law and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR systems like Sage, Peakon, Greenhouse.
  • Strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and ability to train others.
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks, data analysis, and ad-hoc projects.
