• Ensure all onboarding action items are completed in a timely manner.
• Optimize and increase client speed to complete the onboarding process.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work US-East Coast/New York Time Zone (9-5pm ET)
• Keen attention to detail and strict adherence to deadlines.
• Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and Jira/Confluence.
