Location: Remote (Philippines), Must be able to work US-East Coast/New York Time Zone (9-5pm ET)

What you will do
- Support coordination of payroll systems setup to ensure frictionless implementation.
- Reference existing documentation on payroll systems to guide the process.
- Ensure all onboarding action items are completed in a timely manner.
- Optimize and increase client speed to complete the onboarding process.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work US-East Coast/New York Time Zone (9-5pm ET)
- Keen attention to detail and strict adherence to deadlines.
- Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and Jira/Confluence.

- Experience in operations or administrative roles.
