Ssr. Accounting Analyst (SAP)

What you will do

• Perform balance sheet and P&L reconciliations and conduct detailed account analysis to identify variances.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Accounting team and the SAP project team (IT, consultants, and stakeholders).
• Participate in the design of accounting processes within SAP, including chart of accounts and posting logic.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles to validate that SAP reports align with business requirements.
• Provide training and hypercare support to Accounting teams during the system go-live and stabilization phases.
• Manage accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and execute SOX internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in multinational or high-growth environments.
• Solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules (S/4HANA or ERP).
• Experience participating in at least one SAP implementation, rollout, or major upgrade project.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
• English: Advanced/Fluent (C1) required for international collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Fiori apps for finance.
• Previous participation in broad finance transformation or shared services projects.
• Experience with data tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Python, or RPA.
• Background in payments, fintech, or financial services.
