What you will do

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
• Prepare payroll processing and sales tax filings in compliance with regulations.
• Oversee bookkeeping, invoice processing, expense tracking, and data reconciliation.
• Develop financial systems, internal controls, and accounting procedures for compliance and scalability.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and audit preparation to support strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years in accounting, financial management, or corporate finance, preferably in retail/distribution/trading
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, payroll processing, and advanced Excel.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, statutory reporting; effective English communication
