Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A

Salary: $90,000 USD - $143,000 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate with Corporate FP&A, Segment FP&A, and BU Finance teams on planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and modeling, highlighting trends across financial statements.
• Partner with broader finance organization including Controllership, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations, and Internal Audit.
• Create and manage executive presentation materials for business reviews, board, and compensation committees.
• Own development and tracking of annual bonus plan metrics and equity compensation targets.
• Serve as point of contact to Finance Systems Administration for process improvements.
• Manage a team of two and provide development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Experience directly managing and leading teams.
• 3+ years of experience in finance or related field (5+ preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft suite for complex financial models.
• Exceptional data storytelling and advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Corporate FP&A or enterprise-wide financial planning.
• Cross-functional experience with business unit finance and executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize insights into strategic recommendations.
