• Oversee full-cycle payroll processing for a workforce of 2,000+ employees.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution in a high-volume, multi-state environment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop payroll team members, managing workloads and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Benefits teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain strict compliance with payroll laws and regulations across multiple states.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes, systems, and controls to support growth.

Requirements

• Experience managing high-volume payroll processing for 2,000+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance.
• 3+ years of recent experience in a payroll leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Proven ability to lead a team while maintaining high standards of accuracy and accountability.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle competing priorities.
• Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
