What you will do

• Architect and lead high-impact demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to scale MQAs.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive annual marketing calendar aligned with business milestones and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Partner teams to create unified marketing strategies and launches.
• Partner with the BDR team to optimize lead delivery, follow-up efficiency, and feedback loops.
• Manage strategic relationships with agencies and contractors, overseeing budgets to ensure high ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide real-time insights and reporting to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in Toronto for a hybrid work arrangement.
• 6-8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in marketing.
• B2B marketing experience, preferably within the SaaS sector.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Analytics.
• Experience with Marketing Automation systems, specifically Marketo.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and analyze complex reporting.
