What you will do
- Architect and lead high-impact demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to scale MQAs.
- Design and maintain a comprehensive annual marketing calendar aligned with business milestones and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Partner teams to create unified marketing strategies and launches.
- Partner with the BDR team to optimize lead delivery, follow-up efficiency, and feedback loops.
- Manage strategic relationships with agencies and contractors, overseeing budgets to ensure high ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide real-time insights and reporting to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Must be based in Toronto for a hybrid work arrangement.
- 6-8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in marketing.
- B2B marketing experience, preferably within the SaaS sector.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Analytics.
- Experience with Marketing Automation systems, specifically Marketo.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and analyze complex reporting.

- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
