What you will do
- Coordinate between Business Development and Product to align Nitro partnership priorities and go-to-market strategy.
- Build financial models and reporting to inform deal structure, revenue projections, and partnership economics.
- Establish and manage the Consumer Revenue deal desk, defining term sheet guardrails and approval frameworks.
- Lead the semi-annual pricing strategy and analysis for Nitro subscriptions.
- Develop BI dashboards to track partner revenue trends and deal pipeline health.
- Operationalize deals across Accounting and Legal to ensure smooth revenue recognition.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in strategy and operations, revenue operations, or strategic finance.
- Advanced financial modeling skills for scenario analysis and partnership economics.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, BI tools, and Excel/Sheets.
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude or Cursor.
- Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for synthesizing complex deal structures.
Nice to have
- Experience in subscription or consumer revenue businesses.
- Background in gaming, social platforms, or digital media.
- Familiarity with revenue recognition principles and accounting operations.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
