What you will do
- Manage and coach a team of 6–8 Named Account Executives focusing on the largest fintech accounts.
- Drive growth through proactive expansion of existing relationships and acquisition of competitive new logos.
- Develop account strategies, including executive value messaging and coordinated GTM efforts with Marketing.
- Attain consumption-based revenue targets using data-driven pipeline rhythms.
- Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Commercial teams to optimize win rates and remove deal friction.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS or platform sales experience, specifically within fintech, payments, or financial services.
- 5+ years of experience managing quota-carrying Account Executives.
- Proven track record of closing and expanding accounts in the $100K–$1M+ ARR range.
- Strong data discipline and experience with named account or industry vertical structures.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from technical champions to C-suite buyers.
- Must be based in New York or San Francisco
Nice to have
- Experience selling API-first or developer-focused products.
- Familiarity with consumption-based or usage-based pricing.
- Background in open banking, identity verification, or payments.
