What you will do

• Launch and scale Amazon International across CA, UK, EU, ANZ, and SG, owning go-live, compliance, inventory flow, and account health.
• Own listing excellence and conversion through localization, keyword optimization, and CRO for PDP content and storefronts.
• Lead international Amazon PPC strategy, managing bidding and budgets to scale spend while protecting margins (TACoS, ACOS).
• Build the international Amazon playbook, defining launch processes, operating cadences, and SOPs for repeatable scale.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Supply Chain, Finance, and Regulatory teams to manage VAT/GST and localization.
• Lay the groundwork for future expansions into other marketplaces such as TikTok Shop and Mercado Libre.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of hands-on Amazon operator experience.
• Proven success in launching and scaling Amazon in at least two international markets.
• Experience driving growth through the synergy of listing optimization, CRO, and PPC.
• Experience in supplements, health, or other regulated categories.
• Fluency in Seller/Vendor Central, Amazon Ads, and SEO tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk).
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets for unit economics and performance reporting.
