What you will do
- Chart the course and set a strategic directi for EMEA Marketplaces ensuring strategic plans align seamlessly with 's broader interests and needs.
- Own and deliver the Marketplace sales performance, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and maximizing profitability across footwear, apparel, and accessories.
- Build and grow the marketplace team, fostering a positive and collaborative team envirment.
- Create, establish, and nurture a strg relatiship with the most important EMEA Marketplaces, proactively leading co-created strategic account planning processes.
- Provide commercial directi and input into brand activati planning, ensuring global and regial strategies are executed in ways that deliver against both brand and commercial priorities.
- Drive a culture of data-informed decisis by overseeing reporting frameworks, maintaining forecasting accuracy, and leading the team to analyze csumer demand, category trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize the assortment.
Requirements
- You bring 8+ years of experience in a senior commercial or sales leadership role, preferably within the premium sports, lifestyle, or fast-paced csumer industries.
- You have a deep understanding of digital customer behavior, product lifecycle, market trends and how seasality can impact product portfolio efficiency.
- You have practical and functial experience specific to EMEA digital marketplaces, such as Zalando, About You, Farfetch and ASOS.
- You have deep expertise in category management, account development, and driving strategic negotiatis, with an innate ability to anticipate csumer trends and opportunities for growth.
- You possess exceptial Storytelling skills, creating memorable and impactful narratives, and adapting your style to be captivating and leading to clear insights across all levels of the organizati.
- You are focused developing the potential of others through Mentoring, empowerment, and providing growth opportunities, actively creating a pipeline of future leaders.
