Location: San Mateo, CA headquarters office (Monday-Friday in office with option to work from home one day per week)
Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 + benefits

What you will do
- Define and execute unified eCommerce strategy across all brands, marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Target), and DTC channels to accelerate revenue growth
- Manage Carson Dellosa DTC website focusing on merchandising, promotions, and product listings to maximize traffic and conversion
- Spearhead Amazon Vendor Central operations including catalog setup, A+ content, brand store, and performance monitoring
- Drive growth in 3P marketplaces through data-driven merchandising, promotional calendars, and listing optimization
- Monitor metrics, ensure account health, resolve issues, and optimize listings with effective titles, keywords, and imagery
- Generate performance reports for P&L tracking, forecasting, PPC optimization, and strategic decisions
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on seasonal strategies, brand messaging, and new bundles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5-7 years managing Amazon Vendor Central accounts (Books or Education category experience required)
- Proven experience managing and growing 3P retail channels like Walmart and Target
- Proficiency with eCommerce analytics, SEO, and Amazon tools
- Strong project management, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
