Location: Must be based in or be able to commute to Needham, MA (minimum 3 days per week onsite)

Salary: $26 - $33 per hour

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations of MEC/CEC promotional tools, including calendar updates and promo vetting.
• Drive process improvement by automating systems supporting promotional execution.
• Scale a price scraping tool to provide competitive intelligence for platforms like Amazon and Walmart.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Sales, and Analytics teams to inform go-to-market decisions.
• Test and document new features for internal promotional systems.
• Analyze performance data to identify pricing opportunities and support profitable growth.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an associate’s, bachelor’s, or master's program.
• Ability to work full-time (40h/week) with at least 3 days onsite in Needham, MA.
• Previous experience or internship in business, retail, or e-commerce environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon).
• Experience using scraping tools or dashboard reporting systems.
