What you will do

• Manage and deploy AI Center of Excellence to drive employee adoption and lead training events.
• Support business in developing and deploying AI use cases.
• Administer AI program portfolio including intake, tracking, prioritization, and reporting via AI Board ownership.
• Maintain AI governance artifacts like model inventories, risk assessments, documentation for audits and exams.
• Monitor AI lifecycle from design to retirement, track performance metrics, risks, and prepare dashboards.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide program management for training and change initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Risk Management, or related.
• Minimum 3 years in AI, ML, automation, model governance, or advanced analytics; 1 year leading programs; 6 years overall experience.
• Experience in regulated financial services environment strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts including ML, generative AI; familiarity with governance, risk, data management.
• Knowledge of banking regulations on model risk, data governance, third-party risk.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project tools like Jira/SharePoint; excellent communication and organizational skills.
