Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-workstream programs from discovery through implementation and rollout.
• Develop integrated program plans, roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures.
• Serve as the primary delivery partner to client stakeholders to align on priorities and scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, and strategy.
• Manage program financials, including estimates, staffing plans, budgets, and SOWs.
• Mentor project managers and producers to promote operational excellence.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in program management, consulting, or digital delivery leadership.
• Agency experience is required, including support for complex client engagements.
• Proven track record of managing large digital programs with multiple workstreams.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development and experience with Scrum teams.
• Must be based in or near Dallas, TX, Austin, TX, or Bentonville, AR.
• Strong financial and operational acumen for managing budgets and resource planning.
