What you will do

• Design and execute a function-by-function AI activation strategy, including specific enablement, playbooks, and workflows.
• Architect and scale an AI Champions Network of embedded advocates to drive peer-led adoption across business functions.
• Own the day-to-day operations of the AI Center of Excellence (CoE), managing working group cadences and tool/policy decisions.
• Translate high-level executive AI directives into prioritized, sequenced programs with clear owners and success criteria.
• Establish a measurement framework to track AI adoption and impact, using data to inform CoE roadmap decisions.
• Partner with Legal, IT, and Security to evolve the AI tool library, use policy, and governance framework.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, internal strategy, or enterprise transformation.
• Experience operating an AI CoE, community of practice, or leading digital transformation programs at a tech company.
• Proven track record of leading company-wide initiatives and scaling new ways of working.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence for presenting to VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of AI governance, including data classification, security controls, and compliance.
• Must be based in the United States.
