Location: Continental U.S. (Remote). Available in U.S. time zones with flexibility for customer schedules.

What you will do
- Own full-cycle sales as the first Account Executive, establishing sales foundation, methodology, and processes for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Develop outbound strategies targeting fintechs, payment companies, neobanks, crypto businesses, and institutions; generate qualified pipeline.
- Run discovery calls, navigate complex deals with compliance, legal, and technical aspects, lead negotiations, and close mid-market to enterprise agreements.
- Articulate value proposition across stablecoin issuance, payments, treasury, and infrastructure; conduct technical discussions on APIs and blockchain.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success; provide market feedback and contribute to hiring future sales team.
- Represent at conferences, identify trends, build ecosystem relationships, and create content for category leadership.
Requirements
- 5-7 years in fintech/blockchain business development with quota attainment; proven B2B SaaS/infrastructure sales to mid-market/enterprise.
- Experience with complex multi-stakeholder sales involving technical, legal, compliance; deep knowledge of payments, blockchain, stablecoins preferred.
- Hunter mentality for outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales; technical fluency in APIs, blockchain protocols, compliance.
- Consultative selling, entrepreneurial mindset, strong relationship building with C-level and technical leaders.
- Hands-on with CRM (Pipedrive, Salesforce), outreach tools; excellent communication for compelling narratives.
- Available in U.S. time zones.
