hirify.global is a financial operating system for global businesses providing corporate cards, cross-border payments, and spend management software.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for hirify.global InstantPay and stablecoin solutions, including prospecting, discovery, demos, and negotiation.
  • Acquire mid-market and enterprise clients through outbound strategies and consultative sales.
  • Target CFOs and Heads of Treasury to demonstrate FX cost savings and settlement improvements.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, develop territory plans, and ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to coordinate pilots and smooth onboarding.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams to evolve product features and integrations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals.
  • Direct experience selling stablecoins, crypto payments, blockchain infrastructure, or cross-border FX products.
  • Strong understanding of regulated stablecoin models, custody, and KYC/KYB compliance requirements.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience selling to senior finance leaders (CFOs, Heads of Treasury).
  • Must be based in Argentina.

Nice to have

  • Ability to speak Portuguese.
  • Existing network of B2B relationships in e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS verticals.
