What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for InstantPay and stablecoin solutions, including prospecting, discovery, demos, and negotiation.
- Acquire mid-market and enterprise clients through outbound strategies and consultative sales.
- Target CFOs and Heads of Treasury to demonstrate FX cost savings and settlement improvements.
- Manage a sales pipeline, develop territory plans, and ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to coordinate pilots and smooth onboarding.
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams to evolve product features and integrations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals.
- Direct experience selling stablecoins, crypto payments, blockchain infrastructure, or cross-border FX products.
- Strong understanding of regulated stablecoin models, custody, and KYC/KYB compliance requirements.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience selling to senior finance leaders (CFOs, Heads of Treasury).
- Must be based in Argentina.
Nice to have
- Ability to speak Portuguese.
- Existing network of B2B relationships in e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS verticals.
