Sales Engineer (Fintech)

hirify.global is a high-growth startup rebuilding the mortgage loan origination system (LOS) from the ground up using an AI-augmented platform to automate the lending process.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery calls with enterprise prospects to analyze architecture and pain points.
• Deliver high-impact, tailored product demonstrations that articulate platform value.
• Partner with the sales team to address technical objections and influence deal strategy.
• Act as a customer advocate by surfacing product feedback and market insights to the internal team.
• Own the technical components of the sales cycle to help close enterprise-level deals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep knowledge of the mortgage and regulated financial services sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical demos to enterprise customers.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business solutions.
• Must have authorization to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
