Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 OTE

hirify.global is rebuilding the mortgage Loan Origination System (LOS) using an AI-core engine to automate the loan manufacturing process for financial institutions.

What you will do

  • Lead technical discovery with enterprise prospects to analyze current-state architecture, processes, and pain points.
  • Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations that articulate the value of Vesta aligned to customer workflows.
  • Partner with the Sales team as a strategic counterpart to address technical objections and influence deal strategy.
  • Act as an internal customer advocate by surfacing product feedback and market insights to inform the roadmap.
  • Own the technical portions of the sales cycle to help close enterprise-level deals.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the mortgage and regulated financial services sectors.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical demos to enterprise customers.
  • Strong technical sales skills with the ability to translate complex systems for business users.
  • Self-starter mentality capable of operating effectively in a high-growth environment with minimal structure.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
