Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 OTE/year

What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle for enterprise mortgage lenders, from initial outreach through closing
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners
• Conduct detailed discovery calls and product demos
• Develop and document repeatable sales processes that scale with the team
• Contribute strategic insights from customer feedback to shape the product roadmap
• Represent Vesta at industry conferences and events

Requirements

• Proven experience selling enterprise software solutions requiring organizational change or integration
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to build consensus across large organizations
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively
• Self-starter mentality with excellent organizational skills and follow-through
• US work authorization (E-Verify participation)
