Enterprise Account Executive (Environmental Markets): Run full-cycle enterprise deals with Fortune 500 companies from cold outreach through negotiation, close, and expansion with an accent on multi-stakeholder buying committees and category creation. Focus on building $3M+ pipeline, deep discovery uncovering strategic pressures, and serving as trusted advisor with market intelligence.
Location: San Francisco; New York; Remote (US-based preferred, 3 days/week in SF office valued)
Compensation: $200K–$300K OTE (San Francisco based, includes base, commission, equity)

What you will do
- Build and manage $3M+ pipeline through prospecting, referrals, events, and strategic outreach
- Run multi-threaded deals with Chief Sustainability Officers, CFOs, procurement, and legal
- Lead deep discovery to uncover strategic pressures, organizational dynamics, and commitment gaps
- Serve as trusted advisor bringing market intelligence beyond product pitch
- Partner with Supply, Climate, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to shape delivery and roadmap
- Represent at industry events like Climate Week NYC and GreenBiz to build relationships
Requirements
- 5–10+ years enterprise B2B sales with 100%+ quota attainment
- Experience running complex multi-stakeholder deals with 1,000+ employee companies
- Built pipeline from scratch, not just inbound or PLG
- Sold new or emerging category, helping buyers develop conviction
- Genuine interest in sustainability and environmental markets
- Ability to earn trust with CSO and CFO simultaneously
- Constant learner of new tools, appetite to grow AI technical capabilities
Nice to have
- Background in environmental commodities, ESG reporting, energy, sustainability consulting, or climate finance
- Experience at Series A–D company shaping GTM motion
- Familiarity with voluntary environmental market standards or frameworks (TCFD, CDP, SBTi)
- Based in San Francisco or ready to relocate, valuing in-person culture
