What you will do

• Empower AI startups and model creators to deploy and scale projects on the Featherless platform.
• Expand the West Coast network of researchers, builders, and early-stage founders.
• Develop technical demos, examples, and case studies to showcase real-world model deployments.
• Represent the company as a speaker and host at hackathons, developer showcases, and community events.
• Produce technical content, including tutorials and posts, highlighting open-model capabilities.
• Act as the community voice to provide insights that influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or Applied Engineering.
• Strong technical grasp of AI, LLMs, and open-source ecosystems like Hugging Face, RWKV, and PyTorch.
• Established network of builders and founders in the Bay Area AI scene.
• Ability to build prototypes and integrations using Python or JavaScript.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and move fast.
