TL;DR

Location: Remote (United States, Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario)

hirify.global is building the shared context layer for data and AI, enabling enterprises to bridge the AI value chasm through improved data governance and metadata management.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary technical voice for partners on how hirify.global enables AI-ready data and enterprise governance.
  • Co-design repeatable reference architectures and technical demos using REST APIs, SQL, and dbt.
  • Design and deliver onboarding, training, and certifications to enable partner SEs to position and demo hirify.global independently.
  • Lead partner-facing demos, discovery sessions, and POV workshops for high-priority AI initiatives like copilots and AI governance.
  • Translate partner and field insights into product roadmap priorities for ecosystem integrations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture, specifically with partner or ecosystem experience.
  • Hands-on experience with the modern data stack including Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery/Redshift, and dbt.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and REST APIs for building integrations and POCs.
  • Strong understanding of RAG, semantic layers, active metadata, and AI governance.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario).
