What you will do

• Own the analysis and definition of business and functional requirements for product initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for agile sprints.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams during backlog refinement and sprint planning to ensure technical feasibility.
• Analyze APIs, integrations, and data flows to understand system interactions and constraints.
• Act as a bridge between product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment at all stages.
• Monitor key product metrics and use data to propose process and product improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a SaaS or software product environment.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to break down complex business problems.
• Experience producing user stories, use cases, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
• Proven experience working with engineering teams in agile, sprint-based frameworks.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and how requirements translate into technical implementation.
• Solid understanding of API concepts, integrations, and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or platform products.
• Familiarity with complex domain models, workflows, or multi-tenant systems.
• Exposure to cloud-based architectures and integration-heavy ecosystems.
